Matt Harvey Is Out of Shape Again

But baseball game is a game of impossibly small margins: The difference between a 96-mph fastball and a 94-mph fastball is likely imperceptible to those of the states not charged with hit them, but information technology may in fact be enough to explain the distinction between Matt Harvey, 2012-2015 and Matt Harvey, first nine starts of 2016.
