13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come up, he will guide you lot into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he volition shew you things to come. xivHe shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you lot. 15All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew information technology unto you. 16 A picayune while, and ye shall not meet me: and once more, a little while, and ye shall meet me, because I go to the Father. 17And then said some of his disciples amidst themselves, What is this that he saith unto u.s., A trivial while, and ye shall non see me: and again, a footling while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the Male parent? 18They said therefore, What is this that he saith, A picayune while? we cannot tell what he saith. 19Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Practise ye ask amid yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and once again, a little while, and ye shall run across me?

Joh 16:16,17 A little while, and ye shall non run across me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me. On the morrow he would die, be buried, and for "a little while" they would not see him; so he would rise, and for another "niggling while", a space of forty days before "he went to his Begetter", they would encounter him while he remained on the earth. When he ascended to his Begetter, they, in a spiritual sense, would "see him coming in the kingdom of God" (Mt 16:28).
