For some unknown reason me and my son accept a different make of phones, a Samsung and a Blu, nosotros are both on the aforementioned family unit plan and we both experience text missing from other phones. For example if I text my son 12 messages he only gets viii, if my work texts me 20 messages a day I only get about 15. I try help from customer service with no results, they suppose to exist experts and they don't know why. I think I demand to modify carriers. Walmart Family plans by T-Mobile was good years ago. At present they suck.

Family Mobile will take your money and run. Yous buy a brand new Family Mobile device and reject to unlock it. They say information technology is a "NO CONTRACT Programme" when in fact there is a contract... but non in writing. Oh no. You won't know that in that location'south a contract until you go to become the device unlocked. Then of a sudden BAM there's a contract on the device. Lookout out! They will screw yous in a heartbeat! Practise Not believe that they don't have contracts!

I just got off the telephone with these ** and I'm soo pissed off. They don't even speak English... Practise non get a phone with them. They'll just rip you off on data and your bill. ** them. I told them to disconnect my phone. I'thousand going somewhere else.

All cellphone billing and technical bug are sent to the Philippines. I only spent 2 hours trying to manage a problem with uneducated individuals in this country. There are no contact numbers in the USA that tin can really manage the technical problem. I was given false information regarding the compatibility of a new phone, that is now incompatible. I am being told now the telephone number is not active, yet I take paid for it. If Walmart wants to take a mobile plan, they demand to maintain the proper technical back up personnel to handle the problems, not go the cheapest mode possible to deal with mobile issues.

I spoke with Sammuel, Merriam (Supv) & Imee (Manager). I was given USA telephone number's equally i 877 440-9758 & 1 866 806-1840. All are answered randomly by Philippine outsourced Walmart personnel. The 866 806-1840 number requires a reference number to exist entered, which the Philippine outsource personnel deny being needed. No one knows what they are doing!!!

I've been a My Family Mobile customer since 2012... and I'm so far thrilled with the service... the cell phone service, that is to say. As with nearly other jail cell companies, client service is going to exist a flake lacking, as they Practise outsource calls to someone who apparently speaks English language equally a second linguistic communication. Thankfully, I've had exactly iii instances in the final six years that I've had to practice this. The showtime was in setting up a second line for my wife, the 2d was in setting up a 3rd line for my son, and the third was in replacing me and my wife's old, old SIM cards to the newer, updated ones (the old ones worked, simply they were getting worn out and didn't support VOLTE or WiFi calls). That existence said, these calls to customer service weren't entirely painful... just slow and prodding. They got the job done, though.

Insofar as cell service goes, it'south T-Mobile, so it'southward slap-up. I've had no issues in accessing my business relationship or paying my bills online either, though I Practise wish in that location was a dedicated Android app for this. Not a huge bargain, though, just would be nice. The service for Truly Unlimited service is crawly. I have Dandy voice service and LTE data speeds in my expanse (usually a solid 30 to 40 Mbps, sometimes with jumps up to 50-sixty or so, and once in a while downward to 15-20, depending on my location). Make sure T-Mobile has good coverage in your usage area, though, by checking a service map, first. And the price is right... Truly Unlimited everything for three lines runs me but over a hundred bucks a month, taxes and everything included. Far meliorate than Verizon or AT&T, and right on par with T-Mobile's ain pricing. In my surface area, Sprint and its subsidiaries suck.

All of these little niggles aside, I'd still give them five stars, as well-nigh prison cell companies are going to take their ain customer service quirks. Walmart's selection is either defective, poor performing, overly expensive, or all three... and yous STILL have to pay for that telephone outright in store or online anyway.

Buying a device from them doesn't give yous the benefit of paying for the phone over time on your monthly bill with monthly installments, as with major carriers. And ownership their devices in store, you're notwithstanding purchasing a carrier locked phone (T-Mobile in this instance) with all of the carrier bloatware preinstalled. But, I become all of this, since it'southward a pay as y'all get, prepaid plan. Here's the thing... their customer service for their hardware is HORRIBLE... catamenia... They outsource everything and the people in the stores don't know jack well-nigh their ain devices.

I have three, personally purchased, unlocked devices I got on Amazon currently on my program and they work great. I've swapped my phone several so far and my wife's once... no problems at all; but put the former SIM in the new telephone, and you're ready to go. All six unlocked phones I've purchased from Amazon take all worked great with no fuss. When my first telephone died, I needed a telephone the same day and bought one in store. It worked well enough (if a bit slowly) for a year and started flaking out. I'one thousand a tech savvy guy... no amount of reloading or debloating fixed the effect... It just ran similar crap after that.

Tech support basically told me that it was a service issue since the phone powered on and was working properly from their perspective... the "warranty" didn't apply. Service support said the service was running fine (verified by me by putting my SIM in my wife's phone). I finally gave upwards and got a new unlocked phone elsewhere. No issues since, and that was two phones agone.

Oh, and good luck unlocking that My Family Mobile phone if you lot desire to employ it elsewhere... Walmart won't release the telephone for unlock since it'south a T-Mobile device, and T-Mobile doesn't recognize it as one of theirs since payments go through My Family unit Mobile and the phone isn't registered to any T-Mobile account. Being T-Mobile, there's no means to PIN unlock it either... it uses that lovely T-Mobile Unlock app... T-Mobile has to unlock it remotely on their cease. You're kind of at a dead stop if you want to unlock it, unless you're willing to pay REALLY high fees to have a tertiary political party service to unlock it.

Even the cheaper services that provide unlock pins for fifteen to 20 dollars will stop upward having to charge y'all 40 to 60 dollars to unlock these devices, since they take to pay T-Mobile to release the device. Again, don't buy their phones... they suck. That'south the caveat. If you lot take or are willing to become your own devices elsewhere (equally I do), your experience with MFM volition exist great. Otherwise, you might regret the conclusion, if for no reason other than their horrible hardware support.

I have had me and my three children on Family Mobile for 3 yrs. I switched off Sprint because we added our children and had heard Walmart HAD a good programme. It worked great I was recommending it. Both my children had iPhones and I had brought a Samsung then purchased an LG. 4 months ago I switched to an iPhone. No bug. Nosotros take used the $thirty plan and received the discounts for two additional lines.

Concluding week my phone stopped working data or texting. My children still working fine. Never have I missed a payment. I fifty-fifty pay early considering I have a schedule when I pay my bills. I called. They told me I needed to purchase a new bring your own phone SIM carte. It only comes with the new $40 plan. Somehow the lady got my SIM back working on my telephone for ii days then I had time to purchase their "new" card my phone now requires. I bought the new SIM and now my phone will not text anyone who does not accept an iPhone. I of course had to purchase the SIM because I am a mother and caring for my family unit with doctors and schedules. We have a very intense doctor schedule because of health issues and information technology is a priority to have my cell working. I in fact had to miss an engage with a new specialist considering my phone stopped working on the style to that appt and I could not even call to cancel or find my mode.

WFM is now telling me I need to upgrade to a more expensive programme because of depression data issues. They said I am non using the $40 plan I purchased with the SIM carte, I am using my sometime $30 program. I had just paid my $thirty month plan 2 days earlier my telephone stopped working. I was told I would lose that money starting the new program so concord off and input information technology when I pay my next month nib and so I tin can get back to my $30 later. I am non keeping the $40 plan. The $xxx has worked fine for us for 3 yrs. WFM forced me into a new SIM carte fifty-fifty though my other worked fine with the phone and they SOMEHOW got information technology to piece of work so I had fourth dimension to go purchase the new SIM that at present requires me I am told by WFM customer service will be the merely mode I tin text.

THIS IS A SCAM to become people to upgrade their plans. Both my children have the same telephone and the old SIM cards. They piece of work fine and have less data left than I do and are texting the same people as I am perfectly fine. No issues. BE CAREFUL!!! If they tell you you need a new SIM card. I have tried talking with client service and every bit others have said you get connected to the Philippines. The but answer they accept is to pay more money. When I explain the effect and want to speak to a manager they somehow disconnect with me. No options to contact anyone else simply the overseas call eye.

I had an emergency again this evening and needed to accomplish my husband and information technology volition non go through. He can text me though. I may demand to only change back to Sprint with my husband and requite them my coin if I have to pay more I would rather they get my coin. At least I can talk to a customer service rep or manager to handle issues. Not someone reading from a script who hangs up on you lot.

I've been a Walmart Family Mobile customer for near 5 years at present. I've never had a problem up until recently since TracFone has taken over their service and billing information. T-Mobile is still supplier carrier and they're fine. Only I've had billing problems warranty problems that never go solved past TracFone. Their customer service Representatives barely speak English. Their help desk is located in the Philippines from what I sympathize. When you talk to their managers they requite you a run effectually and skirt the issues. They have a contract with LG Electronics to underwrite their warranty and that'south total fallacy.

I've never had a problem as far every bit renewing my monthly service programme until terminal month when they said that my bank kept on refusing my credit carte. I had my bank call them direct and deal with it and they said they had no idea why the credit card wasn't going through. Actually information technology's a debit bill of fare and I know in that location was plenty greenbacks in it to encompass the expense. I had LG Electronics call him directly as far as a defect every bit far every bit the USB cablevision on my new Fiesta smartphone. It was still nether 12 months warranty since it was only ii months onetime and they refuse to stand up behind LG warranty. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with these idiots except for the good service by T-Mobile.

I'grand ready to really transfer to another carrier. Information technology's a shame Walmart is getting screwed by this foreign visitor who don't know how to deport business properly. I think information technology was a truly bad decision fabricated by Walmart to go rid of T-Mobile and their Billing System along with their customer back up. Any reviews that I have read is never a positive experience dealing with their customer service Representatives.

Purchased prison cell phones from Walmart, within a calendar week added airtime on Family mobile website. Payment processed, showing both in my family mobile account online, and from my depository financial institution account. Yet, 7 employees at Family unit Mobile tin't locate payment. Extremely disrespectful staff, hung up on by refunds department, spoke to manager in client service with no help. Escalated to corporate, I was brash this would be investigated and I would be contacted within 24 hours, didn't happen.

I'm stuck with ii phones I can't use, and a company that can't locate a payment, even with the credit bill of fare data. I will be sending a formal complaint in, with all my documentation, although I highly doubt it will do any good. I spent 5 hours speaking/texting with Family Mobile agents, and not a single one provided any help. Employees were rude, treated me equally an annoyance, hung upwards on me, insisted that no ane in that location could set up the problem, and I suppose they are correct.

Employees come beyond as rude, disrespectful, incompetent, and unethical. The just company I know of that will take your payment, show a payment confirmation on your business relationship, take the money from you account, be completely incapable of locating said payment, and treat the customer as if the customer is bothering them.

The just good affair about Family Mobile is that T-Mobile provides coverage for them and never had an issue in most areas where I expect to have coverage. However their client service side is awful. I went over my allotted 9GB of data for the month and bought 2GB extra at 10$ each. It was a price I was willing to pay. However my service never got restored from 2G to 4G. After several calls over a three day period their response was that I've consumed 3.36GB of data since going over... Which I know is non true. My phone has a built in data usage and it read ix.8GB for my electric current billing cycle. When I text USAGE to 611611, the automated Walmart Family Mobile system, they reply with 9.85GB. Never Purchase Their 1GB of Service Add together-On. Later on 6 years of service with them and three lines. I'thousand looking to upgrade and move on.

In February of this year, I paid my phone bill for 4 lines upward until Jan 2019. Everything was going polish until the 3rd calendar week of June when I received a text message to pay my July bill by the 14th. I call 611 from my phone and inquire why was I receiving this message when I was paid upward to the end of the year. The rep. after about 25 minutes of searching said that he apologize and that I shouldn't meet that message again. The adjacent week I got the message once again. Again I called back to customer service. This time I was told did they did not see anywhere on the account that I paid upwardly until the end of the year. I said to the agent, "Well lucky for me that I still have all my text message that gave me a confirmation after each payment was posted online."

I gave the agent the date and time each message came through and then that he could endeavor to pull information technology up that way. He and then said, "That doesn't thing if information technology's not showing in our system. Then yous demand to pay your bill earlier the 14th or all 4 of your lines will be disconnected." I asked to speak with a supervisor and had to explain the entire situation again to the supervisor. The supervisor attitude was worse than the agent mental attitude. At this time I had been on the telephone virtually 1 hour and 25 minutes. After being told by the supervisor that she could not see where I made these payments I got frustrated and hung up. I called back the next day hoping to get someone different and someone who could speak better English.

This fourth dimension the agent stated that they see my payments but all my payments were refunded back to me. I said to the agent, "I wouldn't know if 800 and some dollars was refunded back into my bank business relationship." The amanuensis then said, "No but 500 was refunded back." I asked why and when did they refund it. I got on my business phone and called my banking company while they were nevertheless on my regular phone and I asked my bank to check and see if I had any refund of $500 or any other corporeality from Walmart Family Mobile. My bank said there was cipher showing equally a refund simply payments sent out. I had my banking company on speaker and so the Walmart Family Mobile agent was listening.

Then he changed his story and said actually I don't see anything in the organization. Then I asked for supervisor once once again. He and then said, "I'm going to transfer you to the refund department and you requite them each of these transaction numbers and they will be able to pull information technology in the system and they can even give refund you all your money or they tin can make sure they post information technology in the system that you are paid up until the end of the year." He said he was sorry for all the issues that I went through with trying to become this handled but I should non have whatsoever more problems. He then transferred me to the refund department.

When the representative got on the phone she asked me what was the event. I once once again started to explain function of the problem simply and so said to her, "There should non be an issue anymore. I take all the transformation numbers and all I demand for you to practice is put them in the system and just refund my money back to me. I don't fifty-fifty want to stay with the service until the end of the twelvemonth." This went on from this third week of June until July 13th. My daughter said just pay the July bill and then that the phones don't become turned off and we will switch service to someone else. Out of approximately 35 employees of Walmart Family Mobile customer service only one knew how to do their job. I have been with Walmart Family Mobile for 4 years. I did not beginning having problem with them until it switched over to TracFone. So price is bang-up but the customer service sucks.

I've never had whatever issue with this T-Mobile offshoot (now with TracFone). Anytime I have to call for annihilation from tech assist to pecker questions, the reps (while somewhat hard to sympathise...) are ever polite and helpful. The service coverage is wonderful. I get service in my Cube where others on the bigger carriers don't. I really feel for the other reviewers who've had such problems. I have all 4 family unit members and my married woman'due south parents on this service and we couldn't exist happier. And it'southward frickin' cheap!!

I have had to phone call customer service on several occasions due to my poor phone service. Nobody there understands English, therefore nothing is ever fixed. I tin can never consummate a conversation because my phone always disconnects with the person I'm speaking to. I tried to connect with 911 10 times in a row terminal week and every time I tried I was immediately disconnected. This by far is the worst phone service out at that place, I'thou tired of paying $58 a month and not being able to use this phone! Seriously this telephone service needs to exist discontinued!

Bought a phone and starter kit, to add together my daughter a line on my account. They couldn't even add the line, they said I had to wait until my service ends then add it. They charged my banking company account almost $60 to active this line. Then they said they didn't charge me, afterwards speaking to approx. six dissimilar employees. So I had to file a dispute w/ the bank. It was horrible, spent 3 hrs on the phone w/ Family unit Mobile and goose egg was done. They demand preparation for something. Non a happy customer, going to be looking for new service when mine is up!!!

Though I bought my iPhone SE outright and did not apply financing, Walmart Family unit Mobile refuses to unlock my phone. They will tell yous there's dandy coverage in the Anchorage surface area, but this is false. I am able to send text messages, but cannot make calls or use Cyberspace browsing. Additionally, the client service agent was dismissive and disrespectful. I bought my iPhone in the lower 48 States for $250 iv months ago. It is essentially useless at present as I accept poor service and cannot have the telephone unlocked. I now use GCI and take been satisfied.

My prepaid phone monthly service program is from 1st to 30th each month. I originally had 20GB of data for over 2 years, just Wal-Mart changed it a few months ago to unlimited. Since then, my net has been slower, half my apps won't open properly and if so, won't stay connected. On June 20th I accessed my account and it showed a data usage of 1953 GB from June 1st to June 20th. I called Wal-Mart Family unit Mobile and they said that the settings were off and told me not to worry nearly the usage chart. That information technology means nothing. Well, we all know that when yous accomplish a certain limit of GB, your cyberspace slows down. Wal-Mart and T-Mobile, I experience has manipulated my data. I need justice here.

I was no longer able to make phone calls (calls drop after few seconds). Information technology turned out to be the SIM menu. Went to Walmart to get some other SIM, they gave me the incorrect one. Called Family Mobile with bunch of customer service reps who you tin can't understand ONE consummate sentence from. One rep confirmed that another SIM volition be delivered in one-2 days, second rep said the process will take 5 business days. Third rep said they can't transport SIM because they don't have it. Then this PIECE OF ** company in this day of age permit their customers to exist down for a calendar week or with no solution at all with a bunch of customer service reps who speak FUNNY language I can't recognize!

My phone number which I had for 7 years was changed when I increased my information plan. The representative didn't say anything most changing my number nor did I request that it exist changed. I could write a volume about what happened next just the bottom line is they won't give me dorsum my original number. They merits the other "Department" they check with stated information technology couldn't be call up withal previously was told it was possible once they sent me a new Sim card (which they did). My original number is bachelor due to the fact that they hold them for 90 days. I was on the telephone over a 60 minutes and the last floor managing director I spoke to was giving me the "Department" excuse and I could hear laughter in the background. This whole experience has been disappointing to say the least - they fabricated the mistake now they make the excuses.

SCAM!!! Delight Practise NOT Bring together THIS COMPANY!!! I've had Family unit Mobile for years. The last month has been an absolute nightmare! I have never seen a company that will have your coin without authorizing information technology. Offset off, I ran out of information and wanted to upgrade to the 1gb for merely 9.88 since my program was going to renew in a week. Long story short they charged my menu 3 TIMES without my permission. I called and got a ticket number and was assured I would become refunded in less than 5 days. 2 weeks later I have not received my refund. I called them. I was told I was not getting a refund. I argued with 4 unlike representatives. Each one would say I would be transferred to a manager. Each time they hung upwardly on me. Today my phone data and calling just stopped randomly.

I called and they said my SIM was not made for my phone. Go along in mind I have had this SIM card in this phone for ALMOST A Yr!! They said they just now realized it. I know it was because I called for a refund. I was told I could option upward a SIM bill of fare at any Wal-Mart for cheap. I drive 45 minutes to my closest Wal-Mart. They but sell them in a kit that comes with a programme. Wal-Mart said just very big cities sell the SIM card alone and that I should have been notified. The closest i to me was four hours away. I was forced to pay fifty$ to get a new SIM I wanted to cancel with them later my plan this calendar month was over.

I chosen the client service to set upward my new SIM card. I had to utilise my old phone in order to do this. She asked for all my data and I was told it was gear up upwardly and to simply turn my phone on. My former phone I was using got shut off and my new SIM carte du jour was non set up! I was now out of both phones!!! Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SCAM AND Have HORRIBLE Customer SERVICE. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I am nevertheless working on fixing my new SIM carte. I've been on concord for over an 60 minutes. I wish I would have read these horrible reviews earlier I joined them. I will exist cancelling mine and vii of my family members. How are they withal in business concern?!?

I had cellphone service from nearly all the carriers from Verizon, T-mobile, AT&T etc with varying levels of results. I came to realize that what phone I had made a bigger difference than the carrier. That is, if there isn't any problems with reception. The only problems I had with this service I accept now is lousy client service. I become the same reception, clarity and overall functioning with Wal-Mart Family mobile equally the other name brands and the toll is considerably less. Funny affair though, when T-Mobile took over Wal-Mart Family mobile I did notice a slight drop in performance. Pocket-size but notable. Who would have thought?

Tried one more fourth dimension to speak to another rep and she actually listened to everything I said and AGREED with EVERYTHING I had been maxim except my mistake that I paid $54.16. I paid $53.94 on four/20. She credited my business relationship for the month of June and corrected my account info so I NOW accept unlimited data. I wish I got her name. She is the merely 1 who LISTENED and didn't give me mental attitude like I was a deadbeat who didn't pay her pecker trying to get free service. Thank you whoever you are! Let'southward see what happens next month tho...

My bill wasn't due until five/v/18 but I paid it EARLY on 4/23/18 past accident! I was trying to buy more data that day simply when I didnt receive the data and called they said I actually paid my bill for the month of May and upgraded my service plan. My onetime program was ever $39.88 (taxes included) with 9g of data. I paid $54.16 (taxes included) for unlimited data! And then I'm like, "Aww human being ok I'll simply expect till May." Come five/6, my phone is off! I telephone call, they tell me I didn't pay my bill on five/v so my phone is off. I tell them, "Of course I didn't pay it on 5/5 considering I paid it on iv/23! Look it up!!"

Afterward iii hours, 4 reps and one supervisor, they cut my telephone back on and gave me a credit for the calendar month of June. I ask if I'1000 going to take a trouble with this confirmation number come up June since I had to go thru all this and the rep assures me I would not because she listed it in my account's "notes". I'1000 similar, "Ok great!" THEN a week after I run out of data. I call and enquire why. They say I paid for the 39.88 plan. I remind them about the "notes"...there is zip in my business relationship's "notes" most annihilation except that I "paid $39.88 on 4/23." (WHICH IS A LIE!!! I PAID MY WALMART Family unit MOBILE PHONE WITH MY WALMART MONEY Carte du jour!!! Wal-Mart money carte du jour confirmed that was a prevarication!!!)

After iii hours, 3 reps, and two supervisors they TOLD me I would receive unlimited data and to cut my phone off and back on. I did that but they DID Non credit me with unlimited data. I called yesterday to utilise my confirmation number and they said my bill was paid until vii/6. WAKE UP TODAY AND MY Telephone IS OFF AGAINNN! WHYYY??? I phone call and enquire to speak but to a supervisor. "Hardemean" (Thats what she said her proper noun was. Idk how to spell information technology) says I did non pay my bill yesterday. I tell her about the "notes" and confirmation number. She tells me that confirmation number was payment for 5/five/xviii. I am done!!! I'm going to back to Boost MOBILE! I was with them for years before coming to these UNPROFESSIONAL, Professional person CROOKS!!!

This is a narrow focused review near iPhones only and wifi calling. Service rep was very good, and got a little frustrated, but we worked together fine. Later on talking to Apple support too, I found out that ALL iPhones do not work with Wifi calling feature. Information technology is not the sim carte du jour. I do non sympathise why this is a problem and FM does not support Wifi Calling. It works for all droid phones, fifty-fifty the cheap $20 phones piece of work. So I recollect FM should make a policy modify and make this happen so that all iPhones work with this feature. And then if you use this feature and want an iPhone, retrieve twice as it will not piece of work.

Gave the hospital this number because of a relative in the hospital. Went to Walmart to renew the program and bought a service card. They had no trouble stealing my money but wouldn't activate the card. Despite 30 plus minutes on the telephone the only thing these imbeciles could do is open a ticket and in 48 hours resolve the problem. Despite telling these bafoons that I accept a family member in the hospital they couldn't requite two ** about it. They gave me the BS thing about thanks for choosing Walmart etc and never bothered to gear up the problem. TracFone all I tin practise is give your thieves the eye finger!

I have two phones through them. They took payment of one phone out of my banking concern account and when I called to get them to let me pay for the other phone they said I had to pay for both phones. And so they want double for i month. I have called repeatedly nigh it and they refuse to fix the problem.

My wife and me take cell phones from Walmart on the Family Mobile Plan. My wife's is the main number on the account. We pay nearly 102.00 per month for both phones. That is a good deal for two phones simply you get what you pay for or practice not get skilful service. I am complaining on the phone I use. Nosotros pay the Family Mobile on the 1st of each month. On the 1st of April my married woman'due south phone sent a message to say the monthly pecker is due and was 59.00 and then my phone neb came up on my prison cell stating we owed 102.00 for both the phones similar it should be. She paid the 102.00 for both phones and her phone worked but mine has not. So for the whole month of April I had no service. My wife was out a lot and I had no way of getting ahold of my doctors or to schedule appointments.

My wife chosen Family Mobile and the guy on the other stop at Family Mobile said since she had him on speaker phone that he could not activate my telephone but he can ship the coin for 102.00. Nosotros told him nosotros do not want the 102.00 back but add together it on the monthly payment. He meant that the 59.00 went to the April phone neb for just my wife's telephone. Anyways we paid the bill for really ane.5 months. And so the rep tells usa to take the phone to a Walmart shop. We accept been to Walmart several times in April and get the same response. "Oh sorry the person that takes care of this is not here." So what you are telling me is you take merely one shop person that takes care of this problem. So my fix to this is I threw the phone away and purchased a TracFone and will use their service again.

Phone call on April xv, 2022 to report that I could not dial out or receive any call since Apr 14, 2018. I waiting for the tech to investigate the problem. I was told my sim carte was damage and they would send me one. I gave the tech my mailing information including my apartment number because I live in Apts. I felt that was very important the apartment number. He said I would receive it in 2 days which I idea was strange considering he said it was being sent through the postal service.

I waited until Apr 19 2022 and I was told it should be at that place because I was not abode from piece of work. The sim card had not arrive notwithstanding. I called again on April 20, 2022 and I was very upset with the outcome I received. I got hung up on and when I called dorsum to talk to a Supervisor he was hardly any aid. He stated the first person I spoke to on April xiv 2022 had never submitting my flat number. I really did non believe him considering as I stated above that was i of the important data he needed. I paid for my service on April 09, 2018. I have not been able to make or receive any call after Apr 14. I notwithstanding have not receive the card.

If I could requite this visitor a negative amount of stars I would. The merely reason it even has one is it fabricated me select one. They are rude unprofessional. They lie. They take the worst phone and internet service anywhere. Information technology takes forever to load an net page and their phone calls are constantly beingness dropped. Their alibi for everything is, "Well our company doesn't permit information technology" similar it doesn't allow you to use the hotspot that is programmed on your phone according to them considering they don't take the technology. Really!!! When I activated the phone I could connect to the hotspot but pages wouldn't load. I called and then assuming there was something wrong that all the same could fix.

They had me on hold for xx min while They "ran tests on my phone" and then told me I didn't accept a hotspot. Yeah I did. Information technology's on my phone. Told me I had to buy a device. Connected me to someone else. Hold again for nigh fifteen "running tests" then told me they don't have the technology for a hotspot and there is no device I can buy. Now the phone proper noun won't even prove up on my laptop! They weren't running tests then were changing the programming on my phone without my permission!!! I bought and paid for this telephone but they talk similar they own it! They refuse to unlock it so I tin can switch carriers so they change the programming without my permission!!! Practice NOT EVER Fifty-fifty CONSIDER USING THIS Company FOR YOUR CELLULAR NEEDS. I would rather have a rotary landline than this crappy visitor.

The customer service agents at Walmart Family Mobile are so unprofessional, rude and clueless. Spoke to 1 Dan today: 04/04/xviii (refused to provide last name) today about a information issue on my service. He was so rude, it was unbelievable. He just left the conversation for several minutes and came back request inane questions. He practically kept doing that till I gave up and hung upwards in frustration. Well information technology'southward Walmart, correct? If you lot guys can come across this, telephone call your workers to guild. Terrible service...

I chosen Walmart's My Family Mobile to get my LG Stylo 3 Smartphone, which was still under warranty and purchased from Walmart replaced, as information technology was defective. They said they would send me a render box and immediately later on receiving my returned telephone, they would send me my replacement within three to five business days. They received my phone on 8 February 2018. I am still waiting for my replacement on 26 March 2018. I chosen several times to inquire equally to why I hadn't received my replacement phone and was lied to each and every time I called. I only received a Inexpensive "knockoff" phone, that I have never heard of, listed at $49.95 to replace my $186.00 LG telephone. I chosen them and again was lied to. "Nosotros'll transport you a return box in 3 to 5 business organization days."

It's been eight business organization days at present and still no return box. I don't know if I volition e'er go my LG Stylo 3 replaced. I lost count of their lies at 15. Their Representatives are rude, hang upward on you, hope things they take no intention of delivering, and are forever sending you to the "Next Level for Immediate Service." Stay every bit far away from these guys every bit you lot possibly can. You'll be well served to do so! Walmart should be ashamed. I really went into Walmart subsequently 7 weeks of waiting for my phone to endeavour and become some resolution, and they told me that "There is nothing that we tin can practise. You'll have to bargain with them, Phone call their customer service." This is the WORST entity that I have personally ever dealt with and I'm 67 years former.

This company is a complete joke and waste of coin!!! The service is rare and the phones are cheap! Customer Service can't assistance yous practise anything but pay your bill because they only want your money! In that location are style ameliorate pre-paid services out there that cost the aforementioned each month.

I just had a cracking client service experience with Walmart Family unit Mobile. I just bought a new phone and was very excited to brand the purchase, merely was disappointed that my current SIM card was besides big. I was afraid that I would take to BUY a new smaller carte and worse notwithstanding, Change MY NUMBER! I then contacted My Family Mobile, via instant chat, and was helped immediately by Jovan. I explained the problem and then Jovan put in an club for a smaller SIM card to be sent to me free and my telephone number would remain the same. I am one happy client.
